House of Brick Technologies Names New CEO. New Role for Nathan Biggs to Emphasize Customer Focus and Strategic Growth
OMAHA – House of Brick Technologies, LLC. announced today that Nathan Biggs has been named to the position of CEO of the Omaha IT consulting and managed services firm.
The firm also announced new roles for House of Brick’s three co-founders and partners.
- David Welch takes on the title of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Evangelist for the
11-year-old company. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- David Woodard becomes Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for the firm’s
technology staff.
- Mike Stone serves as Chief Information Officer, responsible for the firm’s customer-facing
cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery solutions and internal systems.
Welch said that the growth opportunities facing House of Brick justified the organizational realignment.
“We are proud of our team history and our growth,” Welch said. “To optimize that growth, and in recognition of Nathan’s vision, leadership, and accomplishments, I took the initiative to suggest a change in our leadership structure. I nominated Nathan to take the helm, and my partners of eleven years concur. It goes without saying that everything that we do at House of Brick is ultimately focused on benefitting our customers.”
The foundation of long-term success at House of Brick makes Biggs optimistic and excited about the future.
“Since arriving at House of Brick just over a year ago, I have come to appreciate the solid foundation that my three partners have worked so hard to establish,” Biggs said. “I have never seen an organization whose customers are so loyal and devoted. It makes us work that much harder to help our customers realize the system performance, stability, resiliency, and cost containment benefits that are critical in today’s business environment.”
Biggs is eager to expand the work he began in his previous role as Vice President of Business Development, where he created significant top-line growth over the past year.
“Because of our solid foundation and history of success, House of Brick is well prepared to continue its significant growth,” Biggs said. “That includes expanding on the roots of our Oracle consultancy with our highly popular managed services, virtualization solutions, systems integration and disaster recovery options. We are also focusing on our market-specific solutions for higher education and health care providers.”
Biggs holds a BSE degree in computer systems engineering from Arizona State University, and pursued post-graduate business management studies at the University of Phoenix. Active in the community, he provides volunteer service in several civic and religious organizations. Nathan and his wife, Shauna, are the parents of three teenage children.
